What Chicago dog owners ask before their first van appointment.
Do I need to provide water or electricity?
No. The van is fully self-contained, so we bring our own water, power, and climate control. All we need from you is somewhere to park.
Where does the van park?
A driveway is ideal, but legal street parking near your building works too. If you live somewhere parking is tight, mention it when you book and we'll plan around it.
Is mobile grooming better for an anxious dog?
Often, yes. Most of what stresses dogs about grooming is the surrounding experience rather than the groom itself: the car ride, the drop-off, the other dogs, the wait. The van removes all of that. Your dog is groomed one-on-one in a quiet space a few feet from your front door.
How long does a mobile appointment take?
It depends on your dog's size, coat, and the service booked. Because we work with one dog at a time, there's no waiting between stages, so most mobile appointments run shorter than a salon visit end to end. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.
Does mobile grooming cost more than the salon?

Do you groom cats or only dogs?

Can I stay home during the appointment?
Absolutely, and most people do. You don't need to be in the van with us, but you're welcome nearby. We'll knock when your dog is ready.
